This role is vital in upholding the luxury standards of the Ford and Lincoln brand by delivering outstanding service and creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors and callers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Welcome all customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about services, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while they wait.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Schedule appointments and manage the dealership’s calendar.
Handle customer check-ins and ensure accurate recording of customer information.
Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Process payments and handle basic financial transactions as needed.
Support sales and service teams with clerical tasks.
Promote the Ford and Lincoln brand and its values by delivering a premium customer experience.
Stay informed about the latest Ford and Lincoln products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers
Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly
Must be able to judge when employees should and should not be interrupted, e.g., when a salesperson is with a customer
