What would you do? We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.
What are we looking for? Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field. Experience: Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. • Participate in brainstorming sessions • Independently handle Request • Communicate effectively • Innovate actively • Ability to multitask and work under pressure Relationships: • Report to Media Lead • Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.
Roles and Responsibilities: Technical skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI Creativity and Design skills: • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques • Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas • Attention to details is a must Soft skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback • Strong organizational skills • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends • Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation
