Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools. Your typical day will involve deploying the automation pipeline, automating environment creation and configuration, and ensuring smooth operations of the platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design cloud environments. - Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using Microsoft 365 tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud environments. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud technology. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in deploying and managing cloud environments using Microsoft 365 tools. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell. - Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
