Do Work That Matters
Join a team responsible for optimising pricing strategy across acquisition and retention across the home loan portfolio. In this role, you’ll monitor key market drivers, turning data into insights that shape how we price our products. You’ll play a key role in translating recommendations into action, supporting end-to-end delivery from analysis through to implementation.

Within this, our squad focuses on optimising home loan pricing. We bring together monitoring, analysis and delivery to ensure pricing decisions are informed, timely and commercially sound.

  • Monitor key drivers to drive insights and recommendations

  • Analyse data and generate insights to inform pricing recommendations and business decisions

  • Support pricing changes and strategic initiatives through governance and implementation, including system updates, testing and deployment and change management

  • Apply commercial judgement to balance margin optimisation with market share outcomes

  • Take ownership across both analysis and delivery, working with pace and accountability

  • Adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment where priorities shift with market dynamics

We’re interested in hearing from people who:
You’re curious, commercially minded and comfortable turning data into a clear point of view. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and working in a fast-moving environment where resilience and pragmatism are valued. You don’t need to come from a traditional pricing background – strong analytical foundations and a willingness to learn are key.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capability and can translate data into meaningful business insights

  • Bring commercial acumen and understand the trade-offs between margin, market share and customer outcomes

  • Are comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritising effectively and making sound decisions

  • Show ownership and initiative, with a self-starter mindset

  • Have experience in Home Buying pricing/product, risk, analytics, finance, or a related discipline

  • Ideally have exposure to SQL, Teradata or Tableau (or a willingness to build technical capability)
