Position Summary
As a Junior Marketing Manager, You will play a key role in supporting the Strategy and Innovation Manager in the development and implementation of strategic and innovative projects across Samsung business & initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects in accordance with the needs of the organization. Working closely with a variety of internal and external partners, you will ensure the successful implementation of the defined roadmap.Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead the day-to-day coordination and timely delivery of marketing and sales projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Brief and manage creative agencies in the development and execution of customer-facing campaigns, event materials, and non-standard solutions.
Oversee the content strategy and delivery for the SmartThings e-commerce education platform, including educational assets and product storytelling.
Support and co-lead internal education initiatives around SmartThings, helping to build internal knowledge and sales readiness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Retail, Sales (B2B & B2C), Legal, Procurement, and other teams to deliver consistent and compliant marketing outputs.
Monitor ongoing activities, analyze KPIs via analytics tools and dashboards, and generate actionable reports and insights.
Coordinate content development for social media and PR channels—ensuring brand tone, innovation focus, and engagement goals are met.
Support marketing efforts in retail, including SmartThings in-store installations, customer experience solutions, and coordination with field trainers.
Prepare project presentations.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales projects, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, teams, and priorities under pressure.
Experience working with creative agencies and overseeing content production.
Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint.
A collaborative spirit.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Curiosity, patience, and the humility to learn new systems and tools.
