Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Also responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end IAM services with key focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into all aspects of service delivery. Your role will also require you to monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and provide guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes overseeing production operations, enhancement and development activities, and driving efficiency initiatives in collaboration with both client and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement capabilities to ensure seamless service delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead SailPoint IIQ platform (L2/L3 support) and ensure high availability, performance, and security of the IGA environment. -Drive problem and change management in alignment with ITIL practices. -Review and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards. -Coordinate with infrastructure, access management, and application teams for issue resolution. -Manage and prioritize development and enhancement requests from stakeholders. -Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of IIQ configurations, workflows, and connectors. -Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices for IIQ customization. -Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, governance meetings, and escalations. -Collaborate with the client’s IAM, Compliance, and Security teams to identify business needs. -Present monthly/quarterly service reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and metrics. -Manage governance and steering committee meetings, ensuring alignment with client goals. -Identify and drive automation and efficiency initiatives within IIQ operations -Partner with architecture and innovation teams to adopt new IAM capabilities -Lead process optimization and cost-saving initiatives across IAM services. -Mentor and develop the technical delivery team to enhance competency and performance. - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. . Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ and proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Ability to analyze security requirements and develop effective strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
