Job Description

The Art Director will be responsible for leading the visual direction and creative execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand visuals across all platforms. This role requires a strong balance of conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and hands-on design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership

    • Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand across all touch points.

    • Lead and mentor a team of designers, freelancers, and creative partners.

    • Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand objectives.
       

  • Campaign Development

    • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns (digital, print, social, video, etc.).

    • Lead the art direction for key shoots , including talent, product, lifestyle, and campaign visuals.
       

  • Design Oversight

    • Review and approve creative work across formats to ensure high-quality output, brand consistency, and performance-led design.

    • Direct visual work for digital (UI, social content, motion graphics) and offline (OOH, packaging, merch, etc.).

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, brand, partnerships, and content teams to ensure creative output supports business goals.

    • Present concepts and pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and confidence.
       

  • Trend & Innovation Watch

    • Stay updated on global design trends, digital culture, Gen Z aesthetics, and emerging tools (e.g., AI, motion design, AR).

    • Introduce innovative visual formats that push the brand’s challenger positioning forward.
       

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in design or art direction roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, art direction, digital design, and branding.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other creative tools.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, ideally within lifestyle, travel, or tech brands.

  • A sharp eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
