Purpose Statement:   Strategically drive cost efficiency by proactively negotiating and repricing key contracts while fostering robust, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and essential suppliers.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction: Leverage market intelligence and spend data to identify, analyze, and implement innovative sourcing strategies that proactively drive cost efficiencies and deliver measurable savings.
• Contract Negotiation and Execution: Lead the negotiation and repricing of key supplier contracts to ensure optimal terms, legal compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Cultivate robust, collaborative relationships with essential external suppliers and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.

• Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence
• Strong experience driving KPIs
• Demonstrated RFQ management capabilities
• Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
• Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Project management experience

Physical Requirements:  

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:  

• Less than 40%
