SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role

As a member of the Supply Chain Department, the Supply Chain Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the department. Although the core duties are warehouse-based, including the receiving and issuing of goods and materials in a timely manner, the role also requires a strong focus on continuous improvement to enhance current processes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for authorising Supplier Transport Providers onsite (HELL-IN Reference).
  • Carefully checking Supplier Delivery Notes and receiving goods onto SAP.
  • Resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Identifying non-conforming deliveries and collaborating with suppliers on corrective actions and resolution.
  • Working cooperatively with Quality to return non-conforming material to suppliers.
  • Processing parcels from carriers, ensuring traceable receipt and delivery.
  • Printing production labels and managing blank label stock.
  • Monitoring supplier adherence to time slots and delivery accuracy.
  • Generating invoices, packing lists, CMRs, and all required outbound documentation.
  • Engaging with nominated Transport Providers to arrange collection of finished goods.
  • Controlling receipts and shipments to and from third-party processors/finishers.
  • Arranging ad-hoc transport as and when required.
  • Responsible for authorising third-party carriers onsite (HELL-OUT Reference).
  • Expediting third-party service providers.
  • Supporting the implementation of SBD SPX and 5S-related activities.
  • Supporting stock accuracy by completing cycle counts on time.
  • Generating and updating daily/weekly reporting and identifying trends requiring action.
