What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Responsible for managing and overseeing lease accounting processes in compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards. This role ensures accurate recording of lease transactions, preparation of financial reports, and reconciliation of lease-related accounts. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, optimize lease management, and support month-end and year-end close activities To support treasury operations, governance, and cash management activities in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in banking, forecasting, and reporting processes. Roles and Responsibilities • Strong knowledge Cash Management and Banking ERP systems SAP • Prepare and Review Cash Sweep Journals • Prepare Cash Forecasting , Track actuals and report variances • In this role, you are required to do detailed analysis and solve increasingly complex problems • Understand the level of risk & propose mitigation plans and partner with other support teams as to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner • Maintain client relationships interface through regular connects and emails • As an individual contributor, you will oversee small teams and/or work efforts • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions that are made by you will impact your own work and may impact the work of others Month-End & Year-End Close • Support closing activities including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. • Prepare detailed lease reports for financial statements and disclosures. • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation
