Position Summary
Ensuring the assistance of the customer service department of Samsung Electronics Romania SRL, Bulgaria Branch (hereinafter "Samsung") through support activities in internal and external reports.Role and Responsibilities
• Enters and registers contracts with partners and national and international authorities in Samsung records;
• Prepares reports requested by superiors;
• Responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the prepared documents;
• General support for the Customer Service department.
