Job Description

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Act as a partner during pilot planning, launch, and feedback sessions. This person will be required to document their feedback and outcomes through different systems (i.e., Google sheets, Salesforce, etc.) and help compile results for best practices.
Contact members of various Medicare and/or Medicaid health plan providers by phone to offer, explain and schedule a free in-home healthcare risk evaluation. Subsequently assigns and schedules contracted providers for each confirmed evaluation appointment.
Handle time-sensitive and high priority provider/member cancellations within the expected turnaround time.
Follow provided CMS and health plan approved script when discussing health risk evaluation opportunity with potential member; ensure member understands and is comfortable with the terms of the evaluation; answer questions.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing exceptional customer service for both commission-based and non commission-based projects.
Accurately record notes on member files related to their information and status.
Adjust and reschedule appointments with both members and contracted providers as needed; communicate with Operations Support team members and Member Engagement Supervisors when cancellations and rescheduling occurs.
Return voicemail messages from members in a timely manner.
Report member complaints immediately to Member Engagement Supervisors.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience
2 to 5 years of prior relevant experience

Essential Qualifications
Ability to work an assigned shift during our normal operating hours; seven days a week 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST; including working weekends on a rotation basis
Work overtime as determined by business needs.
Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$15.00 - $26.93

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
