Summary: As a Supply Chain Analytics & Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain network metrics, developing insights, and driving optimization across demand and supply planning using Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. Your typical day will involve working with data, performing analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain sustainability and inclusion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of supply chain network metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. - Develop insights and recommendations for demand and supply planning, utilizing Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain sustainability and inclusion. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in supply chain analytics and planning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other supply chain planning tools. - Strong understanding of supply chain network metrics and optimization techniques. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Solid grasp of data analysis techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in supply chain management, operations research, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
