POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Talent Development Specialist supports the creation, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

McCownGordon University

• Assists with creating/updating instructional materials and evaluating program outcomes.  
• Extends Talent Development offerings to satellite offices and project sites as needed. Anticipated travel for this role is up to 20%. 
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Self-Perform Training

• Serves as training liaison between Talent Development and Self Perform teams.
• Works with internal stakeholders to identify craft professionals’ skill gaps.
• Designs and facilitates training for craft professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Trains subject matter experts to facilitate training to craft professionals; ensures consistent and professional delivery of content.

Resource Management

• Supports training planning and logistics, including room setup, supplies, and technology.
• Provides administrative support in Learning Management System, including user troubleshooting, reporting, and course maintenance.
• Manages administration of Procore’s Workforce Planner for craft professional training records.
• Stays current on industry and learning & development trends, software, and techniques.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements before going into job)

• Bachelor’s degree in field related to Construction Management, Education, or Human Resources, and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of learning & development or construction operations experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The position requires work in an office environment. Periodic travel is required for regional office training.
