The Role
The Assembly Manager at Waterworks will be pivotal in establishing and enhancing the local (US) manufacturing process for our plumbing products. This role is crucial for integrating final assembly and metal finishing processes into our global manufacturing strategy, which is essential for our long-term growth. The Assembly Manager will actively tackle complex assembly challenges while driving strategic improvements to expand our light manufacturing operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a high-performing, efficient assembly operation that consistently produces top-quality products.
