Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the daily activities, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive in delivering innovative software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve overall team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and software development lifecycle in custom software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in performance tuning and scalability improvements for software applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operations and deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
