Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

6 - 7 Years Experience in Network Data and Voice CCNA, CCNP, SDWAN, IPAM/Certified(DDI) a. Experienced in handling critical incidents related to operation for routing/switching. b. Implemented network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. c. Acquainted with routing and switching protocols such as STP, OSPF, BGP configurations. d. Demonstrated adeptness in problem-solving and analysis, with a proactive stance towards network enhancement and optimization e. Hands-on experience with LAN,WAN,WLAN & DDI Services including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. f. Collaborate with Level 3 engineers to resolve complex network issues and implement network changes. Good Knowledge on Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion and Cisco Prime g. Hands on troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, Cisco Nexus Switches, Voice,Wireless Devices Installation and Configuration on Cisco routers Professional Attributes: Good communication skill, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently. Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Additional Information: Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
