What You’ll Do

  • Takes total accountability for the successful implementation of single market projects to ensure that Amex GBT and client implementation goals are achieved.  This will be either as part of a larger client program or a standalone implementation.  This role will also take ownership of defined implementation tasks within customer implementation or change projects.
  • The implementation goals should be achieved and all outcomes delivered seamlessly and to the professional Amex GBT project standard.
  • This will be achieved through effective organizational skills and solid understanding of standard implementation processes
  • Take overall responsibility & project handle travel implementations (offline) – to include moves, closures and ad hoc projects as required by the business.
  • Be the focal point of contact for the project team during the implementation process.
  • Ensure the Onboarding process is followed (Pre-assessment through to Post-implementation stage).
  • Lead the Joint Planning meetings – face to face or conference call depending on client requirements
  • Ensure all project members are aware of their roles & responsibilities.
  • Lead weekly calls, normally phone conference and produce call notes & agenda’s.
  • Ensure the project remains on track, all tasks completed within deadline.
  • Report and raise any challenges that may jeopardize project to whomever vital.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Business Travel is a must
  • Bilingual English - Spanish required
  • GDS SABRE Management is a must
