Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Product Manager II supports the product development process as a part of the overall product management domain. This role uses customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, and technology to create positive, effective customer experiences. Responsible for supporting the development of products or managing products to achieve desired outcomes for the business and customers.
Strategy/Discovery:
Represents customer requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams.
Provides Product Management support for assigned product(s) or components.
Identifies and ensures appropriate dissemination of lessons learned, coordinating, and facilitating communication and an open flow of creative ideas between interested parties and stakeholders.
Planning:
Defines the archetypical users of your products or services.
Understands the “why” behind each Feature and works with the Product Managers to understand the roadmap and supporting KPIs.
Maps requirements with target markets and analyzes market segments to actively pursue.
Partners with team members and other product stakeholders to help develop business case documentation.
Supports product issue/problem resolution and creates product collateral, monitoring results and feedback from product campaigns.
Evaluation:
Leverages standard techniques and tools to analyze/monitor product key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of success metrics.
Identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on analysis.
Leverages customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, user experience and technology to create positive, effective customer experiences.

Education, experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dealership Fixed Ops.
Working knowledge of Product specialty/job area, principles, concepts, and practices.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
Strong writing ability.
Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
Experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
Experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.
Experience in in conducting competitive research and analysis.
Experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value.
Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
