Commerce, Data & Identity provides the core product management functions for areas crucial to Disney’s media businesses. The Commerce Growth team at Disney+ is focused on reducing voluntary churn and increasing subscriber lifetime value through experimentation, personalization, and member-first product innovation.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Loyalty & Retention strategy — exploring and building loyalty-driven experiences that deepen engagement, increase perceived value, and reduce voluntary churn. This role will define and test new mechanisms that reward subscriber behaviors, strengthen emotional connection to the service, and create durable retention levers.
You will operate at the intersection of product, data science, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and engineering to design scalable loyalty solutions grounded in experimentation and measurable business impact.
