Job Summary:
Reporting to the Private Client Operations Lead - Personal Lines, this role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Private Client personal lines service teams within the territory. Key responsibilities include managing and servicing a select portfolio of clients, developing and nurturing talent, onboarding new team members, providing training, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adequate backup support for the region. The Elite Account Manager Service Team Lead will collaborate closely with the Private Client Operations Lead to ensure that all service teams operate efficiently and deliver high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities*:
Manage and service a select portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with personalized attention and tailored solutions.
Assist Private Client Operations Lead with the supervision of team members within assigned platform and remotely to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and develop talent within the service teams, providing coaching and mentorship.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and fully equipped to succeed.
Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the service teams.
Ensure that all team members are up-to-date with industry best practices, company policies, and product knowledge.
Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the teams.
Identify and address any bottlenecks or challenges in the current processes, implementing solutions as needed.
Ensure consistency in service delivery within the defined territory.
Identify and establish a robust backup support system within the region to ensure seamless service continuity.
Develop a cross-training program to ensure team members can cover essential roles when needed.
Monitor and adjust backup strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the territory.
Work closely with the Private Client Operations Lead to align the territory's goals with the broader organizational objectives.
Serve as a key point of contact between the service teams and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication.
Participate in regular meetings with the Private Client Operations Lead to provide updates and receive feedback.
Ensure the team maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Private Client Operations Lead for the implementation of key carrier strategic initiatives to achieve placement and revenue goals.
Facilitate team communication and collaboration to achieve operational goals, and develop efficient workflows and processes for identifying new opportunities.
Engage in resolving escalated client issues within the territory.
Leverage operational excellence team to support overall optimization goals and utilization of tools and resources.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail

Proficient computer skills with agency management & carrier software systems
Travel up to 20%
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience
Minimum 6 years of HNW/Private Client personal lines insurance experience
Minimum 5 years successfully managing a team
Property & Casualty Insurance License
