Missions principales

• Le doctorant devra développer un sujet et un plan de thèse de Santé Publique répondant à des enjeux majeurs de la détection et la prise en charge précoce des cancers du poumon, tumeur pour laquelle Bristol-Myers Squibb est particulièrement impliqué avec ses médicaments actuels (nivolumab, repotrectinib) et ceux en développement. 
• Les travaux de modélisation et analyses de bases de données qui seront menés devront être conformes aux méthodes et exigences requises pour leur publication dans des congrès et des revues internationales et pour l’obtention de la thèse en 3 ans.
• Ce travail de thèse devra être mené en collaboration avec les équipes des départements HEOR France/WW, Accès au marché et Médical Oncologie ainsi qu’avec des experts externes dans le domaine de l’économie de la santé, l’oncologie, l’épidémiologie et l’analyse biostatistique des bases de données en santé.
• A partir du travail conduit et des compétences acquises, le doctorant pourra partager, former et le cas échéant aider les équipes HEOR France/WW sur des projets d’entreprise. Le doctorant essaiera également de trouver des applications à son travail de thèse dans d'autres domaines thérapeutiques d’intérêt pour l’entreprise. 

Profil requis

• Formation initiale avec de solides connaissances médicales et/ou scientifiques (médecine/pharmacie/biologie et/ou mathématiques/économie/biostatistiques)
• Master en Economie ou Santé Publique validé
• Une expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou en recherche appliquée (clinique, épidémiologie, économie de la santé, etc.) 
• Aisance avec les concepts statistiques et mathématiques
• Sens du relationnel
• Rigueur
• Curiosité d’esprit
• Faire preuve d’autonomie et d’initiative
• Analyser et synthétiser les différentes informations
• Excellent rédactionnel
• Niveau Excel avancé
• Anglais lu, écrit, parlé.
