Summary:
In the role of Strategic Program Lead, a typical day involves identifying key strategic focus areas that align with organizational goals. The individual develops comprehensive plans to deliver strategic projects and programs, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively. They actively drive and manage the execution of these initiatives, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired business outcomes. The role demands a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and implement solutions that support the overall strategic vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management using Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Experience in integrating project management tools with organizational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
