【主な職務内容】

安定検査・出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて、安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財向上への貢献

• 日々の物流・検査チームのオペレーション（安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財）を管理
• 検査・物流プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案・実行
• 検査設備やIT関連の装置の操作、導入、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
• 検査・物流の作業
• 製品のトラブルシューティング
• 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
• 物流・検査記録の正確な作成と管理
• 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持

• 物流・検査プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献
• 関連部門（営業、製販、ロジスティクス、品質保証、海外工場、製造部門、運送会社）との連携

【応募資格】
高専卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
製造・物流現場での実務経験2年以上
製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
品質管理に関する基本的な知識
問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）
基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
（望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力
