JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview:

Oversees complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, timeline, and budget requirements. This role involves managing multiple larger-scale projects that require strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Ensure all activities align with project strategy and goals.
• Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.
• Continuously monitor and adjust plans to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead and coordinate project teams by mentoring and motivating members.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment.
• Organize regular meetings to address concerns and provide feedback.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.
• Identify and mitigate significant risks.
• Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

Resource Management:

• Identify resource and budgetary needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement best practices in project management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
• Experience in digitization preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

This role is crucial for ensuring that large-scale projects are completed successfully, meeting all strategic objectives and quality standards. This role will be based in Tuas.
