Job Description

  • Key Account Manager reporting to Senior Sales Director who manages Japan Automotive Sales

  • Develop/Execute Strategic Account Plan

  • Understand customer’s commercial/technical challenges and propose solution

  • Understand customer application and block diagram

  • Develop/Maintain customer relationship

  • Set revenue goal and track revenue act & forecast

  • Negotiation in multi cases

  • Update account status to upper management and business unit who you work with.

  • Quarterly review and report submission

Required experiences/skills

  • Experience as account manager for Automotive customers

    • Relationship development in all required customer layers - Engineering, Purchasing and Management

    • Strategic Account Planning, Revenue Goal Setting and Forecast tracking

    • Technical expertise in automotive applications and e/e architecture

    • Draw block diagram in automotive applications

    • Understand customer’s challenges and propose ADI solution

    • Issue Management – Commercial and Quality

    • Very proactive and take action quickly

    • Staff Training & Team Development (Preferrable if you have)

  • Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English

    • High presentation skill

    • Tenacious Negotiation

    • Can work with colleagues collaboratively with respectful mind

  • Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Age up to 55
