We are searching for the best talent for (Associate) District Sales Manager_Onco(Hema)_Central/South

You will be responsible for:

  • Experienced individual contributor operating independently with minimal supervision to support the Oncology/Hematology sales team and achieve company sales targets

  • Promote products within the Oncology/Hematology portfolio using clinical and commercial expertise

  • Drive channel accountability and growth through a proactive approach

  • Deliver complex clinical and business information to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to support commercial strategy

  • Support customer retention and acquisition initiatives while balancing organizational priorities and resources

  • Analyze departmental sales performance data and prepare clear, systematic reports for senior management

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, leveraging resources and collaborating with team members and counterparts to share ideas and improve business results

  • Engage with decision makers and clinical influencers to support appropriate use of company products in relevant disease states using clinical knowledge and effective selling skills

  • Build and sustain customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key local decision makers within healthcare provider systems

  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities to develop all team member capability especially for self-paid capability and elevate leadership behavior

  • Consistently apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions, ensuring full adherence to compliance standards and fostering clear understanding of regulatory requirements across the team.

  • Position is eligible for sales incentives/commissions
