The “Business System Analyst” will be based in …Guadalajara North…., reporting to Commercial Business System Manager...

In this role, The purpose of this position is to help support the Commercial Planning Tool. The business analyst acts as an effective subject matter expert in providing functional support and helps in improving the solution.

What a typical day looks like:

• Functional support of commercial forecast planning tool

• Oversee forecast planning data on a regular basis

• Coordinate with account managers, finance and operations teams  

• Proactively monitor dashboard process and fix any issues

• Coordinate with account managers and program managers as needed

• Logical analysis of the data for accuracy

• Ideal candidate should have strong skills in communicating complex ideas.

• The candidate is a collaborative, effective and proactive team member.

• The candidate must be skillful at gathering and analyzing information and is quick to identify potential problems that need resolution.

• The candidate drives continuous improvement, adopts best practices, innovation and development plans.

• Experience in business process data mining and visualization with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business systems (or similar fields)

• Experience in finance and forecast process is plus.

• Familiar with databases and dashboards

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to create user documentation, Training Materials etc.

• Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards

• Team Player
