Position Title: Business Support Analyst                        

Corporate Title: Analyst

Reporting to:  Vice President

Location: Bangalore       

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree & above from tier1/tier 2 B-Schools
• 2-7 years' experience in the same or similar fields.
• Experience in banking or finance institutions is a plus
• Strong data analytical and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. BI/reporting knowledge using other software’s is a plus.
• Ability to write various documents such as functional requirements
• Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with business users and evaluating requirements to understand project objectives and scope.
• Working with dev team to work on changes/enhancement/new development
• Perform routine checks and ensure the proper working of all the applications/environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all procedures and activities performed.
• Planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Overseeing the integrity and maintenance of organizational data.
• Audit support
