The Education Information Solutions team is seeking a Program Manager II with expertise in data visualization and Tableau to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across Cleveland Clinic Education. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize data workflows, and deliver visually compelling analytics solutions. As Program Manager II, you will also work to help develop process automation and workflow solutions via Microsoft Power Platform.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This is a hybrid position, with three days on-site per week and two days remote following the new hire period.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Help build tableau dashboards, power BI dashboards and use data sources to provide accurate reporting and support tools.
Perform regular maintenance and updates of departmental dashboards.
Utilize Power Automate and Power Platform tools to streamline processes and move data to automated systems, reducing manual input and minimizing human error.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
Experience with visualization
Experience with tableau or Power B
Experience working with raw data sources

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
