Contribute to the delivery of revenue by being an internal and external champion of Global's Outdoor Creative Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will work with the Head of Creative Solutions Outdoor and the rest of the team.

As part of the Creative Solutions team you will:
Maximise revenue streams & all strategic propositions, assets & collateral to help drive new business conversations.
Help with the delivery of client briefs working with internal teams including Ad Ops, Creative Solutions Production and other Operational teams
Deliver the Service Level Agreement with our external clients so that we drive our reputation as first-in-class account management from pitch to posting of all Creative Solution client campaigns.
You will be working as part of the Creative Solutions Outdoor team to ensure continued delivery and year-on-year revenue growth development.
Collaboration & working relationships with Specialist Agency Groups, building effective working relationships across the business, both internally & externally.
Build a detailed understanding of internal processes and pressures and strong relationships to work effectively with Operational teams.
Responsibilities of the role
Maximising revenue & delivery against the yearly Creative Solutions target.
Exceptional account management to ensure effective working relationships with key national specialists & agency contacts to ensure Global is a media owner of choice for each agency and manage conversions by Agency to ensure efficient use of resources.
Build your expertise in the Creative Solutions production caveats and restrictions in working within transport environments. (e.g. H&S & HFSS restrictions)
Work with the key stakeholders across the business (Production, Franchise, Delivery, etc.) and with other team members to sell and deliver new opportunities and ideas.
This role may involve time out of the office for on-site surveys with clients and creative agencies.
Help sell our year-long Calendar of Events - targeted packages across our estates, and be involved in developing new event opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Minimum of 6 years experience in a media environment with evidence of success in sales & campaign delivery from client & media/advertising agencies.
Previous experience in Outdoor is desired but not essential
Experience with working in a sales environment and delivering against commercial targets.
Track record of selling creative advertising solutions and delivering excellent client management.
Excellent attention to detail (detailed project administration is involved in this role), an appetite for project management and seeing a job delivered perfectly.
Knowledge of & an entrepreneurial spirit for innovations in creative production, experiential activations and digital techniques.
Ability to problem solve, multi-task & negotiate conflict and challenging conversations
Knowledge of and contacts in the Outdoor Specialist industry is desirable and advantageous but not essential.Is personable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office
The ability to sell ideas, project manage campaigns and deliver excellent customer service.
Possesses good attention to detail
Works well in a team
