Role Overview:

Professional Services Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with Security Assessments: Assist in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning to identify potential security weaknesses.
  • Assistance with Trellix Product Deployments: Assist Trellix Senior Consultants in deploying Trellix Solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security assessments, incidents, and mitigation measures.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and trends in the field of data security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of common security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
