• 管理区域内的销售团队
• 制定和执行区域销售策略
• 监控团队绩效并提供指导
• 与利益相关者建立和维护关系
• 分析销售数据并识别机会

任职资格

• 教育背景：具有医学、药学或相关专业，大专及以上学历
• 工作经验：5年以上制药行业工作经验，1年以上管理经验，过往有较好绩效
• 具备业务规划、团队管理、沟通协调能关键技能
• 具备主动进取、自我认知、结果导向，良好的学习敏锐度，韧性，主人翁意识等特质
• 具备高度的合规意识
