Primarily be working on activities related to heart failure diagnosis and management. This will involve work in multiple workstreams, including thinking through how we identify end stage heart failure and optimize management of heart failure via central local activities. Day to day work will require literature review, workflow building, working closely with operational partners, and performing chart reviews. Get exposure to senior operational and clinical leaders on the population health team during this process and have the opportunity to display clinical and business/operational skill sets.   

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

 

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
