Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Title: Lead DevOps Automation Engineer
Summary:
As a Lead DevOps Automation Engineer, you will drive the strategic development of infrastructure automation across multiple environments. You will own the architecture of automation pipelines, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adoption of DevOps best practices. You will also be responsible for governance, process optimization, and coaching team members in complex Linux and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect automation frameworks and reusable modules using Ansible and Python.
Lead design discussions, requirement gathering, and solution delivery for automation projects.
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and secure scripting practices.
Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to automate full-stack operations.
Define KPIs for automation success and measure impact.
Lead a small team of DevOps engineers, plan training and development tracks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills:
o Expert-level experience in Ansible, Python, PowerShell/Shell, and Linux.
o Strong leadership in infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
Good To Have Skills:
o Experience with CI/CD orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native tooling.
o Exposure to security/compliance automation and enterprise-scale deployments.
o Create Service Now Workflows
o Basic knowledge of Gen AI
o
Additional Information:
Minimum 7 years of automation/DevOps experience with leadership exposure.
Location: Noida office or client site as needed (flexible/hybrid role).
15 full-time years of formal education required.
Leadership certifications or cloud/DevOps credentials are highly desirable.
