Job Title: Assistant-Key Account Manager

Location: Horizon Industrial Park - Block BG Maersk -Farrukhnagar- Jhajjar road Pincode - 122506

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and operationally strong Assistant- Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth warehouse operations. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact for key customers, responsible for service delivery, operational performance, inventory accuracy, and process improvements within warehouse facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts.
• Making sure of the account retention and the further growth.
• Conduct regular reviews and work on the scope of improvement of the business matrices.

Warehouse Operations Oversight:

• Monitor KPIs such as operational SLA, financials, PnL, growth planning.
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and report operational performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Work with internal teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present business reviews with insights and action plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal/support departments such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics account management.
• Experience managing enterprise clients in a 3PL, e-commerce, or warehousing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and inventory controls.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
