Role and Responsibility

1) Co-ordinate with the engineers, training supervisors, Production supervisors, and other concerns to review and update the training materials for specific processes and stations

2) Conduct training and evaluation to certify/recertify employees.

3) Perform on-the-job training for employees and ensure they are qualified for their jobs.

4) Training and monitoring (e.g. - Training material, OJT Training period etc.) employees at their workstation.

5) Provide details and training recommendations to employees within the organization so that employees receive appropriate knowledge and skills to perform their duties.

Required Qualification

Vocational Certificate degree in any field.

2.Good human relations, enthusiastic about work, and can learn new tasks well.

3.Can work under pressure.

4.Be a mentor to operators and have a service Mind.

5. Able to use basic computer programs well such as Window office.
