As a Digital Project Manager, you will collaborate with both internal and client-facing teams to drive project success from start to finish. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication, ensuring seamless workflow, and supporting teams in meeting campaign milestones. Project Execution
Oversee projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
Set up projects and assign tasks within respective teams or functions.
Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Workflow Management
Assist with insertion order (IO) creation, entering final details into internal systems.
Maintain organized documentation and records to enable seamless cross-team collaboration.
Account Support
Lead creative-focused client calls, explaining asset management tools, workflows, and project milestones.
Develop creative asset management templates and provide ongoing support for deliverables.
Attend Client Success-led calls to provide project management support, take notes, and enable internal next steps.
Contribute to proposal deck creation, budget reconciliations, and submission of internal tickets.
Team Collaboration
Actively participate in daily scrums, team meetings, and pod updates.
Share updates and ensure alignment across departments.
Process Optimization
Proactively share feedback to improve processes, workflows, and team collaboration.
Identify roadblocks and inefficiencies, and work towards creating solutions that strengthen team operations.
Leadership in Communication
Foster open, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Support teams in managing competing priorities by enabling streamlined workflows.
Continuous Improvement
Pursue certifications or training in project management platforms and methodologies.
Stay informed about emerging tools, trends, and best practices to enhance your contributions.
Driving Team Success
Align personal goals with team objectives to contribute to overall success.
Take initiative in supporting both team and client needs, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education in Advertising, Media, or Project Management is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, with a focus on Account Management or Project Management.
Skills and Tools
Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Airtable, Asana, Salesforce, Monday.com, or HubSpot.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Confidence in working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
