As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the Insights Device Management (IDM) system.
IDM is a state-of-the-art platform for over-the-air (OTA) updates and configuration management of IoT devices, primarily utilized in vehicle tracking applications.
The system includes a front-end website built with Angular and C#, along with multiple back-end services developed in C#.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• conducting thorough manual testing and API testing to identify and document bugs and issues within the IDM system;
• testing OTA updates using physical devices and emulators;
• supervise and maintain SL2 (Service desk level 2) project support requests, bug issues, and resolution in collaboration with colleagues.

Required experience:

• designing, developing, and implementing QA processes and methodologies;
• developing and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts;
• testing cloud-based applications, services, and RESTful APIs;
• testing APIs and services using tools such as 'Postman';
• both manual and automated testing, as well as testing in agile environments.

Preferred knowledge/experience: 

• Azure Infrastructure and platform services;
• automated testing tools, such Cypress;
• designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts;
• SQL/NoSQL databases and queries;
• monitoring tools.

We are offering a salary of up to Euro 35,000 per annum (gross)
