Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Need candidatewith experience on Angular JS, SPFX with azure PAAS - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices. - Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. - Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building custom solutions. - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
