Job Summary:

The Bilingual Health Care Field Lead is responsible for building and maintaining a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders at a regional level.

*60% field based; 40% home/office based.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Liaises closely with associates to provide coaching and guidance, develop day-to-day operations based on clinic site preferences and foster an environment of continuous improvement. 
  • Develop and communicate action plans to successfully implement corporate initiatives efficiently. 
  • Provide solutions where constructive thinking and innovation are required. 
  • Business acumen - advanced understanding of quality standards relative to operational improvement, strategic planning, and business growth. 
  • Facilitate problem solving, conflict resolution and integration/collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. 
  • Provide client insights to Nurse Case Manager (NCM) / Patient Experience Navigator (PEC) and Operations team members. 
  • Share best practices through internal presentations to develop proactive Patient Support Program (PSP) strategies and solutions. 
  • Analyze program data and develop reports to support internal meetings with regional team members. 
  • Lead internal Regional Pod meetings inclusive of NCMs/ PENs & RS. 
  • Lead the co-creation of solutions for patients with the client, PSP, and the clinics. 
  • Facilitate program introduction for new physicians/MS centers who refers to our programs. 
  • Lead the ongoing assessment of the satisfaction and effectiveness of COMPASS in all clinics. 
  • Act as a resource and Point of Escalation contact for Health Care Provider (HCP) / Multiple Sclerosis (MS) clinic, nurse case managers and reimbursement specialists. 
  • Develops and communicates operational methodologies and best working practices to improve customer service, key stakeholder relationships and process improvements. 
  • Build and enhance strategic-level relationships with MS clinics and nurses to support the ongoing development of the relationship with the program and NCM. 

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Leverages thorough understanding of the interrelation between product lifecycle and the evolving needs of a business to support internal projects. 
  • Support clinic level training and resource efficiencies to help streamline program efforts and clinic efforts. 
  • Liaises effectively with stakeholders in Regional Pod meetings, sharing insights and align on priorities and tactics. 
  • Support continuous strategic partnership and insight generation through client relations. 
  • Act as a strong McKesson ambassador within all client facing meetings. 
  • Actively participate in client meetings and projects by sharing regional best practices and insights to strengthen client relationships. 
  • Partner with dedicated client stakeholders to enhance clinic experience and understanding of the PSP. 
  • Support Change Request processes and other McKesson initiatives as required. 
  • Supports and/or manages other projects as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with case management, clinic / HCP management is required.

  • Communicates with clarity, verbally and in one on one or group situations, or over the telephone.
  • Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents; facility with editing and/or proof-reading is required.
  • Computer skills to produce and interpret reports, documents and presentations.
  • Professional manner, tact, diplomacy, and discretion in dealing with associates and colleagues including senior management.
  • Health Care Professional preferred.
  • MS Certified is preferred.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,900 - $124,800
