KEY SERVICES:

• Responsible for Raw Material Planning, meet inventory target
  • Based on the finished goods forecast to run MRP report have the review of the material forecast information;
  • Weekly check & issue “ schedule notification” to suppliers as well as forwarder for material picking up.
  • All the pull in material must be controlled by demand report to evaluate the delivery plan.
• Supplier follow up and material procurement
  • Communicate with suppliers for order confirmation
  • Documentation all the related paper in case of supplier failure
• Suppliers delay information
  • Internal complain to purchase by supervisor
  • Monthly delivery failure report by supervisor
• Premium cost control
  • Fill up the specific transportation requested form in case any special transportation is needed before it is conducted;
  • In case supplier failure, fill up the internal delivery complain form for Delphi Suppliers;
  •  All the related documents must be controlled by supervisor properly
• Engineer Change Support
  • Review the ECN distribution list, provide the ETA of new material to IE by using “ Effective Date Feedback Form”
  •  Keep close to any open ECN and keep related persons updated;
• Material shortage Alarm, eliminate up-planned production interruption
  • Regularly review the MRP demand to define the potential risk of production interruption, inform related person in advance.
• Forwarder Co-ordination
  • Forwarder will receive the blank order for reference only, and receive Delivery Plan for picking up material;
• Weekly communicate with forwarder for on-hand material list to define the shipping mood.

QUALIFICATION:

     1.  Education Background

         College graduate or above

     2.  Skills and Knowledge

      a .Good command in both written & spoken English;

           b. Good PC skill

           c. MPR II knowledge

   3.   Working Experience

         At least one year material planning experience.
