The Business Operations Coordinator supports sales and marketing team through operational functions such as contract processing and reporting. We assist with delivering great vacations to millions of families as they make memories of a lifetime.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 11:45am-8:15pm Fri 10am-6:30pm
 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales center
  • Detailed and thorough when working independently or within a team
  • Possesses great interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of technology and various computer systems
  • Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Full availability required to work weekends and holidays
  • Organizational skills

Essential Job Functions

This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
 

Responsibility:
 

  • Prepare contracts according to company standards for processing
  • Assign appointment leads to Sales Representatives and provide information to Marketing team as necessary
  • File and secure all documents per procedures. Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards
  • Maintain Sales Representatives license information
  • Maintain and order POSs
  • Assist Manager to provide additional administrative support to internal departments to include Sales, Marketing and HR
