The Job/What You'll Do:
Your passion for technology, exceptional critical-thinking skills, and ability to think creatively on your feet will be a perfect fit for our Data Migration Business Systems Analyst position within the Integration Management Office. You will work on a wide array of data migration and integration projects, and your contributions will be recognized for delivering world-class results.
As a Data Migration Business Systems Analyst, you will participate in the full project lifecycle from conception through post-deployment, focusing on the migration, mapping, and validation of data between systems. You will present information regarding proposed solutions, detail business and functional requirements, assess project progress, and monitor the effectiveness of deployed initiatives. Key to this role is expertise in process mapping, data modeling, and process engineering. Your high energy, creativity, and drive for continual process improvement will position you to recommend streamlined processes that increase efficiency and data quality. Adaptability in an environment of changing priorities is essential for success.
You will use your organizational skills to conduct customer and process analysis, develop migration plans, requirements, and solutions. Demonstrated success in eliciting business requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, business process, task, and workflow analysis is key. Writing business requirement documents and functional requirements is necessary. We seek individuals who want to help AssetMark grow and enhance their own professional growth along the way.

Education & Experience
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $79,000-$87,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
