About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Design & Development, Senior Lead who is responsible for leading and managing training programs for agents & agency leaders, and campaign initiatives (ECM, products, SE-re-active, policy re-assignment…) to develop agency capabilities and drive premium income through both existing and new agents and agency leaders, aiming to achieve the company’s sales performance targets and ensure sustainable growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop training materials (courses, tools, videos…) for the training roadmap and campaigns (ECM, products, SE…), serving as end-to-end project lead/product lead for agency programs.
- Deploy end-to-end training programs, either imported from Group or delivered by overseas speakers, following the approved training roadmap and guidance and aligned with the company’s product proposition to achieve KPIs.
- Train trainers on how to organize the programs effectively to meet company strategic KPIs.
- Develop and deploy microlearning contents, including videos, visual cards and sales tools to help agents and agency leaders easily learn and apply sales concepts/ recruitment concept.
- Provide timely reports and track training performance to evaluate effectiveness and continuous to improve business results.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, ASD, Marketing, Business owner…) to design training materials for campaign initiatives/ projects to translate business requirement into training solutions.
- Collaborate with RTM, AT, and AD teams nationwide to implement and monitor their effectiveness ensuring alignment with the company strategies and achievement KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, insurance or health is preferred.
- At least 05 years in training at life insurance. At least 03 years involved in designing/ quality functions
- Preferred industry certifications (LOMA, LIMRA)
- Special skills: Presentation, training design, and communication skills are critical.
- English translation both verbal /written as required.
