Summary:
In the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves actively driving organizational performance through strategic analysis and addressing financial or operational challenges. This position requires continuous monitoring of financial health and operational efficiency, identifying areas that need improvement, and supporting decision-making processes to enhance profitability. The role demands collaboration across various departments to ensure that financial insights are effectively integrated into business strategies, fostering a proactive approach to managing the organization's financial well-being and operational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-5 to 7 years of related work experience
-Project experience with change management activities & assessment execution, experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organization
-Communication and presentation skills with ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholders
-Experience in some of the following areas: Culture change, Learning and development, Leadership development, Organization / operating model design, -Change strategy and journey management, Organizational change capability building
-PROSCI certification is an advantage but not mandatory
-Experience in training coordination would be a plus (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and operational metrics effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to lead change initiatives and manage resistance within teams and across departments.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies that support organizational transformation.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and influence decision-making processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
