Work Flexibility: Onsite
As the Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics, you will drive the development of the Sales Information and Analytics teams to be able to better analyze field sales performance trends, field orders and related sales issues, including individual and branch/agency results as requested by field management and as required by Finance and Senior Leadership. You will identify trends and recommend actions to support/eliminate those trends. You will also support the development, enhancement and maintenance of team resources, systems and processes. This role is onsite however we are open to fully remote for exceptional candidates.
What you will do:
- Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Drive the development plan of Microsoft Power BI to educate, create and deliver actionable dashboards. Create and deliver executive sales dashboards for monthly review by Senior Sales Management.
- Hold and lead regular meetings with our IS partners to become the subject matter expert on our Azure system and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to support their development of Power BI reports.
- Support annual national sales and provide materials for further learning and marketing of our team
- Calculate monthly field sales performance and facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.
- Hold quarterly audits of current processes; identify and implement methods to improve data accuracy and ease of report use.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years experience in sales operations or data analytics required
- Experience in Power BI highly preferred
