Project Manager Level - III/ BPA Program Manager        

Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Enterprise Application Design and Development Services (EADDS) program, supporting the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) in modernization of over 100 applications. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your program-management expertise to deliver modern, AI-enabled application modernization through a Product Management focused team. The Project Manager leads a program that serves as the primary interface in working with the primary customer and multiple sub-agencies that use their application modernization and sustainment services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level program management for a broad-ranging application modernization and sustainment program.
  • Serves as primary interface for the customer.
  • Lead and assist customers in using the BPA and team to provide support for applications, application sustainment, and modernization in alignment with the CIO’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide advice and expertise in best practices in software development and customer centered development through the application of Product Management methodologies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams across a broad area of application modernization
  • Interact with Leidos corporate CoEs and CoPs to support OJP’s vision and program technical requirements
  • Provide reporting and manage team to meet applicable SLAs and customer guidelines.
  • Manage accurate and timely resolution of issues and manage overall task performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters degree - accounting, public policy or business administration.
  • Minimum of 7 Years in managing multi-million dollar software development programs.
  • Strong experience in supporting Lifecycle system management and modernization
  • Certifications: PMP / Certified Scrum Master desired -  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) highly desired
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
