Key point of contact with Production sites and Customer in resolution of quality issues and concerns,
driving quality within product development and production activities, to ensure that the product meets customer and standards requirements,
interfaces with customers for quality-related tasks, customer audits and quality incidents,
works with production sites to drive identification of the root cause analysis for quality issues, deviations and execution of product quality improvements through corrective and preventive actions,
provides and drive QC tools or methods deployment on site (such as FMEA, RCA, SPC, Control Chart) to help manufactured products in quality control,
ensures that Customer's PCN specifications are followed, prepared, and obtained customer's approval,
notify the manager(s) with responsibility and authority for corrective action, if any operation or activity that does not comply with approved quality management rules or procedures should be stopped,
support compliance of customer quality requirements and procurement specification,
lead, manage and/or facilitate internal cross functional teams from multiple Air Liquide locations for customer quality related issues,
support the Air Liquide group's electronics QMS implementation
Expected Competencies
Degree in chemistry / engineering or equivalent,
experience in implementing SPC mindset and tools to the production sites,
good knowledge and understanding of analytical metrology and methods (specifically inline CQC or offline analyzers e.g. GC, moisture analyzer, O2 analyzer, CRDS, FTIR, MS...etc) for bulk gas analysis and/or specialty material analysis,
have an understanding of electronics material operations and their related quality risks,
good experience, knowledge and understanding of quality management system and customer-centric mindset,
strong communication and interpersonal skills,
good ability in written expressions,
Job knowledge
3y+ process engineering or quality experience
knowledge in Quality mgmt system ; ISO 9000 ; plus - experience in semiconductor process
Plus - experience implementing SPC mindset and tools to the production sites
familiar with Quality Assurance fundamentals including Quality Improvement Plan, Quality Circles, ISO 9000, FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis), 8D, Root Cause Analysis, data analysis, SPC and problem solving techniques
knowledge in bulk gas (N2, Ar, He, O2, H2) and relevant electronics materials (speciality gas, precursor..etc) from perspectives of technical and process quality control
