Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the customer portfolio, leading the overall strategy across Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management.

  • Define and execute the annual customer plan, maximizing category potential and ensuring optimal implementation of the international core range and NPD.

  • Lead annual negotiations and commercial agreements, ensuring flawless execution of trading conditions and profitable outcomes.

  • Drive the listing and activation of new products, securing their inclusion and visibility within each customer’s assortment strategy.

  • Design and coordinate promotional plans and marketing execution, ensuring excellence in Trade Marketing and in-store implementation.

  • Own monthly sales forecasting, ensuring accuracy, budget control, and effective management of investments.

  • Build strategic, senior‑level relationships with key customers, acting as the main interface and coordinating with all relevant internal divisions.

  • Identify growth opportunities (white spots) and lead the effective onboarding of new strategic clients.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management, with a proven track record in managing and growing major retail accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of key accounts, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes, including the interaction with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other core functions.

  • Full command of client P&L management, with the ability to activate sales levers and drive profitable growth.

  • Strong grasp of key financial KPIs, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and strategic planning.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the capability to manage change, mediate conflicts, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Analytical, strategic mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
